Is parking free on Convoy Street?

Mostly, yes. Nearly every plaza lot is free for customers, and several cap it at 2 hours — Convoy Court, Hive Plaza, the 4620 Convoy lot (Somi Somi and Sul & Beans) and the front lot at 4625 Convoy (Dumpling Inn). A few buildings, like 4609 and 4625 Convoy, have paid structures behind them. The Convoy Plaza lot (Matoi) has no time limit.
