The family-run Vietnamese institution of Convoy, on the street since 1992 (and open since 1988) — a big, bright dining room in the Convoy Plaza center with a huge menu: pho, bun bo hue, broken rice plates, rice paper wraps you roll at the table, banh xeo, hot pots and its famous garlic butter and fish sauce wings.
